The detached chalet is rustically furnished. The property is located on a campsite, on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of its quiet location. The following are available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, barbecue facilities and garden swing.

Part of the facility is a nudist area. Surrounded by pine forest. Access is via a side road. Parking is available on the street in front of the house. Parking is located at the mobile home.
