Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Es ist gut ausgestattet, besonders angenehm waren die Spülmaschine, die Klimaanlage und die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Übergabe am Anreisetag erfolgten reibungslos. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, in der Nähe des Strandes und des Ortszentrums. Zwei Supermärkte und mehrere Restaurants sind auch nicht weit weg. Für Hundebesitzer ist es bestens geeignet, weil der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist und der Hundestrand auch in der Nähe ist.
Es gibt sehr schöne Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung (Comacchio, Ferrara, Ravenna) und zum Fahrradfahren ist es auch toll, weil es zahlreiche Fahrradwege gibt und flach ist.

Das Haus ist in einer sehr guten Lage und ist vor kurzem frisch renoviert worden. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bei einem Problem hat er sich sofort der Sache angenommen und sehr schnell und unkompliziert gehandelt.
Die Einrichtung war schön und zweckmäßig
Nur die Ausstattung hätte etwas ausgiebiger sein können. Es war nur eine Pfanne vorhanden was das kochen etwas erschwerte
Leider fehlte uns auch ein Wasserkocher und ein Toaster
Schade war auch dass kein deutsches Programm und WLAN vorhanden war
Insgesamt war es jedoch ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir werden bestimmt nochmal hier buchen

Sauber, mit waschmaschine, mückennetze und klimaanlage. Bis zum strand kann man laufen.
