About this house rental
Large terraced house on two floors, recently renovated and furnished. This house is a nice solution to spend unforgettable holidays at the Lidi Ferraresi, inside the Po Delta Park. Located about 300 meters from the sea and 400 meters from the center of Lido di Pomposa, it extends over two levels: from the front garden, with a parking space, you enter the comfortable porch from which you enter the large and bright living room, with sofa bed double room, and the kitchenette where you can go out into the large back garden with barbecue. Also on the ground floor we find the excellent bathroom with a large crystal shower. On the first floor we find the sleeping area composed of two double bedrooms, one with a balcony, a bathroom and a walk-in closet. This villa is finely furnished and is equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, television with satellite TV decoder. The two gardens are ideal for eating or having breakfast outdoors
The price does NOT INCLUDE THE TOURIST TAX (to be paid on the spot and in cash) of € 0.30 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.
In the price IS NOT INCLUDED OF THE CITY TAX (payable locally and in cash) of € 0.30 per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. 12 children excluded from the payment.
EXTRA SERVICES ON REQUEST (with payment on the spot):
Bed linen: € 5.00 per person per change;
Bath towels: € 5.00 per person per change;
Final cleaning: € 70.00
OBLIGATORY ADDITIONAL CLEANING IN CASE OF PRESENCE OF ANIMALS, where permitted with prior authorization € 50.00
BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING: The final cleaning by the tenant is obligatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. This entails the reorganization of the house and its perfect cleaning (including the removal of any rest of food, the cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, waste disposal, etc.).
This final cleaning must be done by the tenant, if it is not carried out correctly a penalty equal to the cost of the additional final cleaning service will be applied.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the tenant upon check-in with payment of the relative cost.

- Bed linen: € 5. 00 per person per change.
- Towels: € 5. 00 per person per change.

The Lido also offers many opportunities for young people to enjoy themselves, including the well-equipped Kartodromo Circuito Pomposa in San Giuseppe, which was transformed into a mini racetrack for Italian and international championships with the last extension of the track at 1,200 meters. Roberto, Stefano e la ragazza ci hanno trattato nel migliore dei modi e ci hanno coadiuvato con la massima tempestività e cortesia in ogni circostanza. L'appartamento è molto confortevole e corrisponde perfettamente a quanto visto in fotografia in fase di prenotazione.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) fühlten uns sehr wohl.
Das Ferienhaus ist komplett neu renoviert. Und verfügt in den Schlafräumen Klimaanlagen. Der Weg zum Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eben so die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Der Vermieter war kompitent und sehr höhflich.

Wir verbrachten 10 Tage in der kleinen Villa und die Wohnung war sehr sehr sauber.
Es fehlte an nichts. Zu Fuss ist das Meer auch schnell erreichbar.
Empfehlenswert die Agentur DANILO. Bei Problemen innerhalb ein paar Minuten abgeklärt. Sehr empfehlenswert ist auch das Bagno SERENA. Unbedingt dort zu Mittag essen. Ganz leckere Gerichte ! Liegen und Sonnenschirme zu ermäßigten Preisen.
Abends gibt es nebenan ein sehr nettes Weinlokal ( sehr gute Weine preiswert und im Shop kann man tolle Mitbringsel kaufen. Auch eine Safaritour durchs Po Delta mit dem Jeep lohnt sich. Dort zu buchen !
Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni nella piccola villa e l'appartamento era molto pulito.
Non c'era nulla di mancante. A piedi il mare è anche facilmente accessibile.
Consigliato l'agenzia DANILO. Se i problemi entro pochi minuti sono stati chiariti. Altamente raccomandato è il Bagno SERENA. Sicuramente pranziamo lì. Piatti molto gustosi! Lettini e ombrelloni a prezzi scontati.
La sera c'è un wine bar molto carino nelle vicinanze (i vini molto buoni sono economici e nel negozio si possono acquistare ottimi souvenir). Anche un tour safari attraverso il Delta del Po in jeep vale la pena di prenotare lì!
Ci è piaciuto e torneremo sicuramente.
