This home home is in a superb location with Jacuzzi, central air conditioning and heat between the HB Pier which leads to Main street full of shops and restaurants and the brand new luxury ocean view shopping and dining center called Pacific City with just a few houses between you and the beach. This home was just remodeled so everything including the furniture is brand new. Enjoy parking for 3 cars and our foosball table. You must be 28 years old to rent our home.

This home home is in a superb location with air conditioning, roof top deck and a jacuzzi nestled between the HB Pier which leads to Main street full of shops and restaurants and the brand new luxury ocean view shopping and dining center called Pacific City with just a few houses between you and the beach. Enjoy parking for 3 cars (2 small cars in the garage or one large car and one car behind the garage). We have older beach cruisers and beach gear in the garage.

This is an excellent location, plenty of space for six adults and two children. The house is very close to Main Street and the ocean. We walked to the pier multiple mornings since it was so close. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We would return again!

Upon arrival I received wrong code for door. The property manager responded immediately to correct issue. The heat wasn’t working in the house so the property manager sent repairman. They couldn’t resolve issue first night so brought 5 heaters over. The heaters tripped the breaker which included outlets on half of the house and cable, so was an extremely chilly first night. Repairman came next day and fixed upstairs heat, downstairs was chilly for entire stay. There was constant yelling in street in middle of the night both in front and behind house as well as dogs howling all night. Lights and fan in one room would turn on and off by themselves. Not sure if it was another electrical mishap or if we were sharing house with unseen visitors. At any rate a little unnerving. I also received daily emails from owner which I thought was a little unnecessary. This was a beautiful house with tons of space but I would personally never rent this particular property again.
