About this house rental
Our beach home is ideal for families who are looking a great vacation near the beach. This amazing beach house is within minutes of walking to the beach and downtown. Our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with 3 stories, 2800 square feet, 2 huge master bedrooms with master bathrooms, and a separate third floor bedroom with its own bathroom and a private balcony. This elegant, yet cozy beach house is fully furnished to accommodate a large family and guests.
We have just completed renovation of the whole first floor, including a brand-new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a beautiful floor throughout. On the main floor, the kitchen, living room and dining room are located in one open space. Large french doors open to the patio with dining and lounge seating, brand-new BBQ and gas-operated fire pit. All bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms. Second level has 2 master suites and a family room with comfortable seating for TV viewing. Two 60" TV's with cable and streaming capability.
This home is very conveniently close to pretty much everything. Both beach and downtown is a 5-7 minute comfortable walk. A couple of blocks away, you’ll find small markets, a pizza place, a quaint coffee/bakery shop, and a delicious authentic Mexican restaurant. Larger grocery stores, such as Ralph's and Trader Joe's, are about a mile away. The fabulous Pacific City outdoor shopping mall with a galore of restaurants is fully opened and is less than 15 minute walk.
If you want to visit the best of Southern California, Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm are about 30 minutes from HB, 1 hour to Universal Studios, Hollywood, Venice Beach & Beverly Hills, 90 minutes to Sea World, 20 minutes to the South Coast Plaza & Fashion Island Designer Shopping Center.
Because Huntington Beach has amazing weather almost year around, the house comes with boogie boards, beach chairs/towels, bicycles, and other sports/beach accessories.

Loved our time in Huntington Beach. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Nice kitchen to cook in and lots of space for the family. Especially enjoyed the bikes, boogie boards, beach gear and out door games.
Jim and Tina were always available and helpful with any issues or questions. Check in was simple and communication was great! This was my second visit to this property and I would definitely rent again.

We had an amazing time during our stay. The property was spotless and the owners have thought of everything. We got a ton of use out of the bikes and beach supplies. The kitchen has newer plates, glasses, silverware and plenty of everything. There was really nothing they did not provide. It's an easy walk to the beach or to downtown and great restaurants. Jim and Tina made the check in process super simple and were extremely responsive. We will definitely be back.

Almost everything about this house was first class. The kitchen was wonderfully appointed; the provision of coffee pods for the Keurig machine was greatly appreciated. There was never a wait for a bathroom. The house allows for many different simultaneous conversation circles and activities. The major exception were the beds—The mattresses in the second master suite and the third-floor suite were markedly uncomfortable. This was so out of character with the otherwise excellent quality of the furnishings that I really wanted to be sure the owners/manager got the benefit of this possibly unknown shortfall.
