The hotel was really clean, facilities were top notch and the food in the restaurant was great, the desserts were fantastic! 100% would go again!
Inside and outside gyms were quite small, but we got our exercises done well.

Stunning hotel in a beautiful location and with fantastic facilities. The staff in particular are all really friendly and helpful and helped to make our stay so enjoyable. Room size was great and the beds were really comfy - pillow menu outstanding feature. Our room had a lovely balcony and large shower and huge bed. It was so easy to get from the room to the pool to the beach and the whole place had a high-end luxurious feel. The spa and gym are great and I used the new outdoor gym several times. There's always plenty of space and no rush for the best loungers, which helps to make it feel so relaxed. The gardens are beautiful, full of Mediterranean herbs. Service by the pool and on the beach is fantastic and the QR code menu works really well. There's a great drinks selection, lovely food (evening dining too) and great local wines and signature cocktails.
Sometimes it felt like the service could do with a little extra training to give it 5* polish, such as explaining whether coffee is self serve at breakfast, which I still don't know. The sunbeds were occasionally a little stained, and wall switches in the room were a little grubby. Also a couple of the light switches didn't work fully, possibly as the design of the switch bank didn’t work well with UK plug adaptors. Minor things, but would improve it slightly. It would also be best to avoid plastic straws, which are a danger to turtles, especially as turtles nest on the same beach.

The surroundings and the pool were nice, for us it was very important to have aesthetic surroundings.
1. Breakfast & Restaurant
• Food variety is limited and flavors are underwhelming—our omelette was overly oily.
• Service is slow due to understaffing, and breakfast ends strictly at 10:30 AM with no flexibility.
• The young staff are polite, but lack the training and confidence one would expect at a five‑star level.
2. In‑Room Dining
• A €10 delivery fee is charged, yet meals arrive on the bed since there’s no table.
• Basic condiments (oil, salt, pepper) are served in plastic packets, which feels inconsistent with luxury standards.
3. Room Comfort & Maintenance
• No in‑room coffee machine, which I consider standard at this level.
• The air conditioning is notably noisy at higher settings.
• There’s a sewer‑like odor when bathroom or shower doors are open, suggesting ventilation issues.
4. À la Carte Restaurant
• Service again falls short of five‑star expectations.
• Condiments—notably olive oil, salt, and pepper—are presented in plastic packets.
• Food lacks flavor and vegetables are often served at room temperature.
5. Gym & Fitness Facilities
• Very small gym with minimal equipment—only one mat available for all guests.
• Towels provided have an unpleasant odor.
6. Internet & Work Facilities
• We experienced two internet outages, each requiring a call to reception.
• Reliable internet is essential for content creators—this was a serious inconvenience.
7. Beach & Outdoor Areas
• The private beach is not well maintained, with many stones and aging sunbeds.
• Outdoor grounds are the only space that truly align with five‑star expectations.
