The Stonemade Houses

Prijetno urejena namestitev, ni pa bilo ponve za kuhanje in kozarcev za vino, vendar so jih po urgiranju dostavili.

Neprijeten dostop po ozkih cestah in težave s parkiranjem, ker parkirišča sploh ni in se nekako parkiraš ob cesti.

Fabulous 180 degree view towards the sea, the coast and the mountains behind. The swing chairs pushed by the breeze for relaxing in the afternoon. Watching sunset while in the jacuzzi which was nice and warm. The helpfulness of the staff. The fact that there was also cleaning during the stay. The fact that there were mosquito nets on all windows. Good welcome package with basic food and drinks. The 2 cats.

The master bed was awful but as soon as we said this they went out and bought a topper mattress. We had a few days of heavy construction work with sledge hammers breaking stones right in front of the house. Not their fault but you couldn’t enjoy your terrace or jacuzzi or even eat outside with that level of noise. Once it stopped it was very peaceful. The house needs a bit of TLC: the outside table was wobbly, the jacuzzi needs some steady steps (and not a plastic stool) to get in and out safely and certain mosquito nets need to be reset.

Posizione meravigliosa, con tramonto sul mare visibile dalla terrazza tutte le sere. Lontano un'oretta da chania e da elafonissi, ma vicinissima c'è la spiaggia di Falassarna che è stupenda! Le ospiti sono state molto disponibili e generose, facendoci trovare frutta, bibite e biscotti per la colazione.

Pensavamo di aver prenotato l'appartamento grande con la vasca idromassaggio, il bbq,...ma invece abbiamo scoperto che la nostra prenotazione era per l'altro appartamento, assolutamente valido e ottimale ma all'inizio ci siamo rimasti male... Per cui meglio chiedere specificatamente quale appartamento è disponibile.

Mi sono piaciuti, la posizione, la vista sul tramonto, la dimensione della casa.

I bagni non hanno la finestra apribile e la manutenzione generale è buona ma non perfetta.
