Great place in the heart of the Tuscany. Beautiful property, quiet (the only noise are birds chirping in the morning) and the staff is incredible helpful and nice
Staircase for the apartment might be a bit complex to bring large luggage, but not impossible.

We had a wonderful stay and truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The host was very kind and welcoming, making the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable.
The apartment is very cozy, beautifully maintained, and offers great views that really enhance the overall experience. It is also very new and well-equipped with all the amenities you might need during your stay.
Everything was exactly as expected, if not better. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

The room, bathroom, clean. Tea, service in general, super confortable bed!
They had trouble with the heating like for 3 hours in the evening, I had been trying to get in touch with the host for 2 hours. She responded 22:30 at night, I had to go to sleep cause I was about to walk 35K the next day cause I was doing la Via Degli Dei. I asked for a partial devolution and we arranged a little devolution (money). She was super professional in that way. And fast solving the problem. But yeah we had this little problem with the heating (that for me was kind of big cause it was in the evening/night and it was super cold and I couldn't go to sleep till it was solved). But I repeat: when she saw the calls & messages they solved it SUPER quick :) Thank you!
