Beautiful, rustic, comfortable country house "Iacopo", 150 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and fields. 4 km from the centre of Montecatini Terme, 30 km from the centre of Lucca, 50 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, sunny position on a slope, 55 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: table tennis. Private: large terraced garden, 2 ha with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, swimming pool fenced (9 x 4 m, depth 110 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: sauna, steam room, hot tub (all extra). 400 m long narrow motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 600 m, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Montecatini Terme" 4 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 55 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km. Local sale of farm products. Attention: The Spa is located in the farmhouse at about 300 m. Restaurant at the farmhouse open one day a week.

This a very nice tuscan home with a beautiful private pool which was great relaxing one afternoon. It has a great view. You do have to drive a small winding country road to get there but so nice when you get to the top.

Wunderschöne Lage auf einem Hügel mit Weitsicht und eigenem Privatpool. Etwas abgelegen und trotzdem sehr zentral. Autobahnanschluss direkt im Dorf.

Anschaffung eines Staubsaugers. Kehren oder Wischen mit den bereitgestellten Material sehr beschwerlich.Küchenausstattung erweitern.

Wegen der Lage 5 Sterne. Toll, mitten im Olivenhain.Ansonsten üblich italienisch mit verbesserungswürdiger Küchenausstattung.Auch müsste mal alles repariert werden, was nicht mehr richtig geht, wie Glühlampen, Kühlschranktüren, Poolbeleuchtung usw.Zufahrt normal befahrbar. Reisetipps: Super als Ausgangspunkt für Lucca, Pistoai sowie Pisa und Meer. Sehr schon der Ort Montecatine Alto. Montecatini Therme eher enttäuschend.
