Our house is located on a main thoroughfare in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It has ample parking on a large driveway, and a 2-car garage. The large backyard is fully fenced, with fruit-producing trees, a covered patio, and a herb garden.
There are three bedrooms. The "Master" bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. It opens onto a patio through a glass sliding door, giving access to the backyard. A comfortable armchair with foot-rest in a reading corner faces the yard. The "Traveler" bedroom, with full bed and relaxing armchair, is across the hallway. The "Junior" bedroom houses two twin beds, with large pillows.
In each room, a study corner with a sleek desk and adjustable lighting welcomes those of you visiting the area for work or business, providing an ideal place to study and house your laptops. You'll find USB ports for easy charging, with Surge-protectors to pamper your electronic devices. There is plenty room to hang your clothes in each of the three sliding door closets.
The kitchen is open , with a peninsula separating it from the formal dining area. It is equipped with full-size gas stove and electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, side-by-side fridge-freezer, Keurig machine, blender, versatile toaster... You'll find cooking essentials (pots, pans, cooking utensils...), basic dinning-wear.
The sitting room has a fireplace (natural gas ), a large flat screen TV hooked-up to Roku, sitting for 6, and bamboo hardwood floor. The rest of the house is tiled, except for the carpeted bedrooms.
There is WiFi throughout. Central air with adjustable thermostat. Full size Washer/Dryer in the two-car garage (with direct access from the kitchen) .
