Guest Rules for a Comfortable Stay
Welcome to C&Z Luxe Homes LLC. We hope you have a wonderful stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and maintain the quality of our property, please adhere to the following rules:
• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or near the property of any kind it includes but not limited to vaping, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, weed etc. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. If we discover that one of the guests has been smoking inside the property, an additional $500 cleaning fee will be applied.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises. This helps us maintain a clean and allergen-free environment for all guests.
Parties and Events: Parties and large gatherings are not allowed, unless approved. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.
Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. Please do not exceed this limit unless you request to have extra guest. Extra guest will be charged an additional fee of $65 per night.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-In: 4:00 pm
Check-Out: 11:00 am Please leave the property tidy and ensure all keys are returned and all trash has been disposed of outside.
Use of Appliances: Follow the provided instructions for using appliances and electronics. If you experience any issues, please contact us for assistance.
Trash and Recycling: Dispose of trash and recyclables according to the instructions provided. Please place all waste in the designated bins.
Noise Levels: Keep noise to a minimum, particularly in the evenings. Respect the quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Security and Safety:
Doors and Windows: Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property.
Surveillance Cameras: Please note that there are outdoor surveillance cameras for security purposes.
Gathering: If gathering has been approved there’s a 10:00 pm curfew where all visitors must be out of the property as any additional visitors will count as overnight guests and an additional $90 per person will apply.
If there’s any machinery like jumpers or inflatable equipment without prior approval, we will request an additional fee for electricity over usage.
Damage and Loss: Report any damage or issues to us immediately. Guests will be responsible for the cost of any damages or missing items.
Wi-Fi and Streaming Services.
Streaming Services: We provide streaming services like Netflix and Disney+. Any charges for rentals or purchases will be added to your bill.
Respect for Property: Treat the property with care and respect. Any excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
Local Regulations: Follow local regulations and guidelines, including any rules related to COVID-19 safety and health protocols.
Additional Information:
Lost and Found: If you find any lost items, please notify us. We will do our best to return them to their rightful owner.
Feedback: We welcome any feedback you may have about your stay. Your input helps us improve our service.
For reservations longer than 7 nights, we schedule a mid-stay professional cleaning for $150 per cleaning required. This service includes fresh linens, restocked essentials, and a full cleaning of all living spaces, bathrooms, and the kitchen — so you can relax and enjoy your trip without lifting a finger.
For extended stays of 30+ days, a monthly cleaning at $150 per visit is required to maintain the home’s comfort and quality. Your final departure cleaning is also $150 required . We’ll coordinate these dates with you in advance for your convenience.
