About this house rental
A private bedroom in a beautiful, peaceful, shared home with a comfortable bed, TV, and plenty of storage space in the room. You will have access to a shared bathroom as well.
Guests will also have access to the shared spaces, including the backyard, outdoor kitchenette, clearly marked cabinet space in the kitchen, living room, workspace, and the cozy family room. Kitchen basics are available, but if you need any extra pots and pans, please let us know and give us a list of you special requests and we will provide them for you. The backyard has a covered patio with lots of seating, shaded garden area, bbq, fire pit, etc. Plenty of parking space for guests with cars. Our neighborhood is known for being family-friendly, with quiet streets and safe surroundings.
The hosts will be available on site to assist you with anything you may need. We value and respect your privacy and will follow your lead regarding our interactions. We’re happy to chat or give you your space—just let us know what you prefer!

The location was quiet and clean. All of the required directions were clearly provided and it met my requirements extremely well. I am looking forward to staying here again during my next business trip to Palmdale.

I came out here for pleasure. This place was affordable and close to my event. Everything was as it was supposed to be and one minor question about the shower was answered quick. Not a complaint about this property but one other room was rented with a person who was in the room 24/7 with a baby. They kept odd hours, with cooking and showering late at night. Kind of annoying but out of the owners control.
