About this villa rental
An architect designed stone villa with superb views across the Kotor bay and the mountains beyond. The villa is flooded with light from its full height windows which open out onto either the top terrace, middle floor balcony or pool level colonnade. The bay is just 6 metres away from garden wall meaning guests have a choice of swimming in the private pool or dipping in the sea. Bedrooms are on the first and third levels while the second level offers a spacious living room with kitchen and a dramatic double height dining area. There are two terraces to the side of the villa and one to the front for lounging, dining, barbecuing and swimming. The private pool is located at the front. There is private parking for one car as well as plenty of free parking on the road side.
The main living space has stone floors, a fireplace, under-floor heating and air conditioning. There is an open plan fully equipped kitchen including a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, drinks alcove. A table for 8/10 is situated on the terrace immediately adjacent to the kitchen (at the highest terrace level) with wonderful views across the bay.
Inside, there is a lounge area with seating for 6/7 people including the following facilities; broadband Wi-Fi, smart TV and speaker. Adjacent to the seating area is a full width balcony with views across the bay and onto the pool terrace. A large dining table for 8 people is situated in a double height space next to the kitchen and lounge.
On the upper floor there are two stone clad bathrooms (one en-suite), a double bedroom with a balcony over-looking the bay and a single bedroom with sea views. Additionally there is a small lounge with two sofas and access to the balcony. There is air conditioning in the double bedroom and sitting room area. The single bedroom has a standing fan.
On the lower floor there are two stone-clad bathrooms (one en-suite). One double bedroom (with views onto the terrace and pool) and one single. Additionally there is a small sitting room with a sofa-bed and window onto the pool terrace. This floor does not have a/c as it is cooled very effectively by the colonnade.
The villa looks out across the bay and therefore perfect for boat watching and timing the day by the colour of the sunlight falling on the mountain face opposite, or star gazing in the evening. The villa is in a relatively quiet part of the village although in either direction you will find some great restaurants which tend to sit out on the bay on stone piers. The nearest is about 250m away.

We had a lovely week’s stay, the villa was clean, very spacious and was well equipped. Nice to have a pool, however it was especially great to go for a swim in the bay directly across the road from the property. Stunning views from all aspects, we enjoyed watching the cruise ships go by. Excellent communication with owner Rebecca, gave us useful information for days out. Alex organised a fantastic boat trip and we were picked up on the pier outside the villa.Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic holiday at Vila Boka in Prcanj. The accommodation worked well for our family of 5 (two teenagers and a 5 year old) and the hosts and local team were really helpful and responsive. We enjoyed eating out at the local restaurants, shopping at Dado Market which is just around the corner. Two larger markets a bit further away (10-15 mins walk away). The local bakery was great for fresh pizza, bread, Bürek and many other delicious goodies. Kotor Old Town is beautiful and vibrant. The fun beach bar (Oskar’s) has great music with local DJs playing at the weekend from 4pm to 7pm. Great beach there to where you can hire paddle boards and do other water sports.The villa has everything you need, from BBQ to laundry facilities. Incredible views and comfortable living spaces. We will be back again for sure.Thank you Rebecca and Paul!

My friends and I absolutely loved staying Villa Boka. The villa was clean and spacious, easily accommodating 6 adults. Rebecca was an outstanding host making contact with a local man that took us on a wonderful private tour of the Montenegro interior. Restaurants were within easy walking distance and the Blue Line bus was easy to hop on for a trip to Kotor.
