About this villa rental
Arion Krini Villa, approved by the Greek Tourism Organisation, is a brand-new luxury retreat set on a private 4,000 sq. m estate near the picturesque village of Amnatos. Surrounded by olive groves yet close to everything you may need, the villa combines full privacy, stunning sea views, and refined design. Just a 10–15 minute drive brings you to beautiful sandy beaches or the charming Old Town of Rethymno, with its vibrant shops and restaurants.
The two-storey, 250 sq. m villa inspired by the traditional architecture of old Cretan houses, seamlessly blends modern minimalist architecture with the natural landscape, creating a unique setting for relaxation and indulgence.
Accommodation
Arion Krini Villa comfortably accommodates 8 guests in 4 en-suite bedrooms (with flexibility for up to 10). The property consists of the main house and a separate guest house, offering additional privacy for groups or families.
Main House
• Ground Floor: Spacious open-plan living area with large sofa, fireplace, 32” HDTV, dining space, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with premium appliances. A panoramic window opens directly to the veranda, pool, and gardens. Also on this level: 1 king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a hydromassage shower.
• First Floor: 1 king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom and bathtub.
• Attic: 1 king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom and hydromassage shower.
(All beds can be arranged as two singles if preferred.)
Guest House
• Independent entrance located by the pool.
• Ground Floor: Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining space, and guest WC.
• First Floor: 1 king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath) and balcony offering panoramic views.
Outdoor Spaces
The beautifully landscaped garden is designed for both relaxation and entertaining, with Mediterranean flora creating a serene atmosphere.

This modern villa is spotlessly clean throughout with panoramic views in every direction. Even from inside the Villa the view through the windows changes each day like a living painting. It’s spectacular. The grounds are completely enclosed and child friendly with plenty of space for kids to play and adults to chill. The gardens are very well maintained and watered, if you’re from the UK think of a national trust garden with Mediterranean plants. It is also very well lit in the evenings with the BBQ dining area overlooking the top half of Crete (not exaggerating) being one of the gardens hi-lights.The Villa feels secluded in it’s own hillside setting but is at most a 7 minute drive back down to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. So on those sweltering afternoons where the heat of the coast is getting too much, in 10 minutes you can be in your own gorgeous pool with a mountain breeze. Perfect!Eleni deserves her own 5* review but I’m running out of space! A flawless host who is kind, caring, quick to respond to any messages and super friendly. Thank you Eleni! There are no downsides, the beds are comfy, the pool is sparkling, the garden is stunning, the water pressure is great, the wifi is fast, I could go on and on.Stop searching now and book this place, you wont regret it and you’ll never want to leave.Thank you so much! A perfect villa that met my family’s needs. All the living areas were spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms were modern and relaxing.
Our hosts were great and gave us a fantastic tour on arrival and valuable information on which restaurants and places to visit were in the locality.
We would definitely recommend this property to other families.

Eleni And Demitri's property is beautiful. It was everything we expected and more. Breath taking views and very private. Very clean and comfortable. We were 9 adults and we had plenty of room. Every room had it's own bathroom with bath which made traveling with 9 very nice. We enjoyed the pool and ping pong table plus enjoyed a traditional Greek dinner in the beautifully landscaped back yard, under the stars. Close to beaches and local restaurants.
