About this villa rental
Archontiko Villa is located in Imbros village in the Sfakia area, situated at an elevation of 800 meters above sea level. The villa is built in the architectural style of the 18th century and is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. A supermarket and a local tavern are conveniently located just 50 meters away.
The villa is divided into two separate apartments, each featuring its own kitchen, living area, and bedrooms. They are furnished in a traditional style and include two fireplaces, modern appliances, air conditioning, satellite TV, and full WiFi coverage. In total, there are 5 bedrooms with double beds and 5 bathrooms.
The first apartment on the ground floor includes a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 more double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms.
The second apartment on the ground floor features a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. An external staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a living area, and a spacious veranda with fantastic views.
Outside, you can relax on sun loungers by the private swimming pool, make use of the BBQ facilities, and enjoy the garden with lawn areas and various trees.
The famous Imbros Gorge is easily accessible by a short walk, and a local traditional tavern and a supermarket are just 50 meters away. The beaches of Sfakia are located 16 kilometers from the villa, while the Fragokastello area is also 16 kilometers away.

We stayed at the Villa in August 2022. The Villa is spacious and clean and has everything one needs. You definitely need a car and anywhere you want to go, be prepared for a good drive. The taverna and shops down the road have all the essentials needed. Lubi came twice during our stay to clean the pool and offered to change sheets and towels though we felt it was wasteful and we’re happy to put the towels to wash ourselves. All in all, had a wonderful time and highly recommend it.
