About this house rental
This is an old stone farmhouse, renovated in 2010, consisting of three real estate units inhabited by our family, located in the middle of the olive grove of property and of which we deal with passion to produce a Tuscan IGP extra virgin olive oil.
Access to the building takes place from via Carmignanese, from which a dirt road that forms part of the property branches off and after about 100 ml, we arrive at the gate that delimits the fenced part around the house, and which leads to the private square intended for parking of vehicles.
The part interested in the rent, with access through a staircase located in front of the parking lot, is composed of:
a room on the first floor, with a double bed and the possibility of adding a single bed, with an exclusive private bathroom and a door with a security lock.
Room on the second and last floor located in the tower of the building, accessible by an internal wooden staircase and composed of two single beds also with private bathroom accessible only from the bedroom, and a beautiful view of the Montalbano, always equipped with a door with closure safety..
Ideal for a holiday immersed in the green Tuscan hills and also close to places of culture.
Externally there is an area reserved for guests with gazebo table and chairs to enjoy the shade and deck chairs to enjoy the sun.

Lovely holiday in rural Tuscany. Elvio and Laura are really good hosts, helpful and kind. The area is quiet and rural but it is very easy to get to Florence, Siena, and other places of interest. The accommodation itself is perfect, lovely bedrooms and living space with a full kitchen with everything you need to cook. There is also an outdoor sitting area with fantastic views. We were looking for accommodation that was a little out of the way, had a Tuscan feeling and offered peace and quiet after a day in Florence, Pisa or Siena. That's exactly what we found, a very quiet house at the top of the hill with a beautiful view of the hilly landscape. The apartment was in very good condition and we got along wonderfully with the agents Laura and Elvio.

Elvio and Laura are wonderful hosts. The property is of a very high standard, clean and very comfortable. It had everything that we needed. Elvio and Laura were very helpful. The location was great and the view breathtaking. We had a great time!
