About this house rental
Enjoy a fully equipped, ideally situated house just outside the walls of Lucca, typically furnished and provided with all the comforts of a true home like air-conditioning, new internet capable digital TV, wireless internet, dish-washer, washing machine and coffee maker. The house has private garden with own gate and parking area. It is composed of an entrance with living room divided into a dining area and a sitting area with flat screen digital TV, large single sofa bed and armchair. The kitchen, with it's old white marble-sink has electric oven, dishwasher, 4 ring stoves, microwave, toaster, espresso maker, freezer and refrigerator. On this floor you have also a comfortable bathroom with large shower room, WC, bidet and a big marble basin and near the bathroom there is a small store-room with washing machine, iron and iron board.Upstairs you have a lovely night area with two airy double bedrooms both with king size beds and air cond. in each room. In front of the house you have your private garden with table, arm-chairs. This is the perfect and quiet place where you can decide to have your breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening or simply relax, take sun or read a book during the day.
From here you can take a walk on the old Walls of Lucca, our special and unique garden surrounding the town for 4,2 km, shaded by the "century old" trees of which the colours changes season after season..All kind shopping facilities, bars, good ice-cream bars, pizzerie, restaurants, museums are within 1 to 9 min. walk from the house.
The railway-station is easily reached by a or by bus (takes you there in 5 min), from there you can visit Pisa (30 min) Florence (60 min) but you have also very good communications to reach Rome in 4 hours or Milano as well.Due to the closeness to the seaside, Lucca is the perfect place to match sun, sea baths,culture, art and much more.Our famous Versilia coast is at 20 min drive from the house, with Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta but a tour is also worth to Cinque Terre.... 5 diamonds on a magnificent cliff!.

Excellent property. 10 minute walk from the city walls past an brilliant bakery, greengrocers and gelateria.We had travelled with our dog from the UK and she loved it. Lucca is very dog friendly.Loads to see in Lucca and the surrounding area.Patrizia, the owner, was so friendly and helpful.Perfect stay

We were given a very warm welcome by Patrizia and her husband who helped us find our way around the local amenities.The property was well equipped so we had everything we needed to cook with when we ate in.We had some chilly days but there were extra throws available to keep us warm.

An almost perfection way in every way. The host Patricia is very inviting , listening to every needs and in addition Patricia is a more than a very good advice guide advice , she is the most perfect ever seen đ. The house is like as the pictures perfectly as seen and very clean and very well equiped ( except for the internet deficient at Times). The house is a very good location who wantâs to visit Lucca ( 10 -15min walk to old city).Thanks dear Patricia for your help and avalaibility at a y timeđ

The villa was quaint and well cared for. Everything that we needed was there. It was within walking distance to shopping, town center, and the Muro.
The owners were so accommodating. They were easily accessible.They were kind and friendly. We felt like we knew them already.
Patrizia, Lorenzo, and Monica were the best hosts ever.
I hope to stay there again next year. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to visit Lucca and Tuscanyâ¤ď¸.Enjoy!
