Dear Sir/Madam,
This is not a complaint, but I would like to share some feedback that may help improve your service.
During my stay, I noticed that there was no tissue box in the room. Additionally, toothbrush, toothpaste, and shaving items were not available in the bathroom. The hot water kettle was also not working properly. I would also like to mention that the room did not have a sofa set, which would have made the stay more comfortable.
I hope this feedback will be helpful in improving the guest experience in the future.

Look good & location
Mattress are very old spring kind out dated need new & should have white bed sheets . Everything else was good .
