We booked this accommodation for my two children and myself, as an overnight stay, before taking the Euro Tunnel to the UK. The hotel was exactly as we wanted - very close to the terminal, and easy to get to from the motorway. Rooms were adequate, and having adjoining rooms so the kids could be in one room, and myself in the other was perfect. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good. We called ahead on our arrival night, as we were delayed in traffic and need to change our restaurant reservation timing, which was handled without any difficulties.
Beds could have been more comfortable and the rooms were a little dated and cramped with bi-fold doors to access the bathroom area. As a Logis Hotel, we were expecting a wonderful French meal for dinner, but unfortunately it did not live up to our experiences of other Logis Hotels, which we preferentially try to use.
