Excellent location, not far from the Car Ferry. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. The price for one night was very reasonable.
The restaurant was closed on this particular night but the bar was open for drinks. We managed to get a meal at one of the fast food outlets nearby.

It's very near Le Shuttle so convenient. The room has a kettle which many budget hotels don't have. On this trip that is about as much as I can say that is positive.
The toilet was filling all night and making quite a noise, it was too late to tell anyone. We've stayed before with a family room and the extra room had a proper bed not a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. This 'suite' had hardly any sockets (none by the bed), poor lighting and decor was very tired
