Excellent location, very comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Not much but only knocked a point off because the hairdryer was more like a hoover attachment. Really picky on my part though as totally loved everything else.

Liked how close it was to the Ferry Port. There was a small play area with thinhs our 5 year old could play with.
There was a coffee machine which was great but limited to 3 small milk cartens.
Like there was a bath and shower but the bath was not great as there was no taps only a shower head and then we really struggled to take the plug our.
Didn't like there was only 3 small cartens of milk.
When we looked out of the window on the small roof below there was dirty nappies.

We travel to France several times a year, the hotel is perfectly situation for eurotunnel travellers, straight off the train and straight to bed before another day of travel. The staff are always polite and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the restaurant provides a nice evening meal.
From our perspective we don't have anything to complain about.

This is a hotel that we have used for many years. We had two stays, one on our way to holiday and one on the way back. Unfortunately the first room that we had was on the 5th floor which was noisy because of the fan system so would'nt stay on the 5th floor again. It also had a mouldy patch in the corner of the room.
The second stay was on the ground floor which was up to standard thank you.
The staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly.
