We didn't eat at the property (we didn't have time).
Unfortunately, we didn't get chance to use the pool or gym facilities and the latter were limited.

Despite being self-catering, there were no (let alone sharp) kitchen knives with which to prepare food. Also no corkscrew.
Despite being a 'disabled friendly' flat, it was the furthest from the lift - a considerable walk. It should be much closer to the left - anyone who has issues with walking should beware.

The apartment was great and good value except for the problems with wifi. See below. A good location
The staff we experienced at reception were not friendly of helpful. When we approached them about difficulty getting the promised wi fi, they said that it wasnt working. No explanation. We found that hard to believe in a business like that. The phone signal was so bad that we couldnt use our mobiles for data. We also had to approach them about the promised onsite parking. Not helpful at all.
