The location is excellent, only 5min walk from the lifts, and the city centre is right there with the grocery stores (Billa, Spar), bars, restaurants & shops. The hotel has a small bar with a cozy fireplace if you don't fancy going out, and the swimming pool & sauna are open until 9pm so there's no need to rush home from the apre-ski. There is a covered parking garage if you are by car, but the train station is also very close for those coming from Innsbruck via train, a 7min walk only. The staff was very helpful and kind - and the room had a bathtub which is rare!
It's not a biggie, but you have to cross the garage to get to the ski room, so you cannot go in slippers. Also even though the breakfast has good variety, they don't display vegan products by default (ie. oatmilk or soygurt), so if you have allergies/intolerances you have to let them know.

Location and staff were very good. And hotel was very clean. Easy parking.
It is a 4 star hotel but there was no kettle, coffee machine or a mini bar. That was not good especially when you are with a baby.

Location is excellent, room was very comfortable with a balcony facing the ski slopes/mountains.
The drivewas to the underground parking the very narrow, very difficult to navigate the car.
