Literally everything
The staff/owners were awesome
The cleanliness throughout was awesome
The breakfast was excellent
The evening meals were excellent and at times out of this world
If you were happy they were happy
The location was excellent
They gave you a lift to the slopes in the morning and picked you up in the evening or there is a number 3 bus that picks and drops you off a bus stop 50m up the road
They have a ski room to store skis and boots. Boots on a heated rack
They also have an infra red sauna free of charge

The hotel was very well appointed. A lot of thought has gone into the fit out. The food was excellent and the staff were amazing
