Het hotel ligt aan de piste en de apres ski (waarvoor ik nog een voucher kreeg voor een drankje).
Goede geluidsisolatie van de hotelkamer, want ik heb amper iets gehoord van de feestende mensen.
De kamer was prima ingericht en schoon.
Verder was het personeel gastvrij en vriendelijk.
Bij het inchecken was in eerste instantie niemand te bereiken. Het ontbijt was niet bijzonder; ik kon geen gekookt of gebakken eitje vinden.

Everything was fantastic! Location right next to the lifts and can ski straight to the boot room. We had a suite (I think they upgraded us!) and it was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. There was even a mini kitchen! Every detail in the hotel has been thought through and given a lot of care and attention, and it shows. Breakfast was also superb - coffee and eggs to order and a brilliant spread of pastries, meats, cheeses, fruits etc.
Not really a spot to relax in during the evenings, other than the spa or your room - unless you want to go to the basecamp bar!

Sehr netter Empfang. Parken in der Tiefgarage. Kofferwagen. Gesamtes Haus sehr liebevoll und ausgesucht eingerichtet und dekoriert. Wunderbarer Blumenschmuck, detailreich bemalte Lifttüren, Bilder, Fotos, Möbel, Tapeten, Lichtdesign etc. – alles eine Augenweide und überall gibt es neue Details zu entdecken. Tolles Frühstück, alles sehr fein und sehr ansprechend präsentiert (Brotwaren, Auswahl am Buffet, Geschirr). Supernettes und sehr aufmerksames Hotelteam. Exemplarisch nennen wir Krisztina, die uns an drei Tagen beim Frühstücken erfreut hat, aber alle, denen wir begegnet sind, waren ausgesprochen nett.
Wir hatten Zimmer 2 (Rosengarten). Frisches Obst, Wasser und Pralinen zum Empfang. Supersauber. Schöne Bettwäsche. Großzügiges Bad mit Badewanne und separater Dusche. Zimmer war sehr ruhig, Après-Ski-Musik kaum hörbar (endet am frühen Abend). Großzügiger Skiraum mit abschließbaren Spinden. Geht man die Treppe hoch, steht man auf der Piste. Hübscher Saunabereich (von uns nicht genutzt). Gute Restaurant-Empfehlungen. Fazit: wir waren begeistert!

The hotel itself is cute. But the staff needs training urgently.
Extremely unfriendly, zero hospitality. Unfortunately huge disappointment purely because of the staff. The significant high season price we paid makes it even worse, we would have expected much more for our money. The dog is cool though.
