We booked family room with sea view and terrace. Completely satisfied. Huge room. Huge beds. Comfortable. Huge bathroom area. Toilet separate from bathroom and had its own sink. Great idea. There were external metal blinds outside of terrace doors and bathroom terrace door to make guests feel safe. You can bring them down at night and open in morning. Gorgeous bathroom. Basically quite a bit of luxury and space. Staff was decent. Neither friendly nor rude. Just Professional. Breakfast variety was great. Great views of sea from breakfast area too while enjoying breakfast. Parking was convenient. It sure did seem like a 4 star hotel.
Room was extremely dim lit. Needs more lights for night. More heaters should be provided or otherwise central heating should be improved. Bathroom area could be cold in the night. Looking at the huge rooms, one notices there is hardly enough room to store luggage. Like only 1 shelf was there to hang or put clothes. Some more storage would benefit families staying. Last one is not necessary but considering that it was presidential suite, it could do with some gorgeous wall papers or make room pretty to eyes. Room, its walls were all boring and bland.
