We loved this apartment. The location is perfect - just a minute from one of the gates into the old town. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and very quiet, with a well equipped kitchen and washing machine. There’s also private parking which is a real bonus. Plus a nice bakery a few metres away. Our host Nikola was fabulous, he was so friendly and helpful
And all round lovely. A great find and highly recommended.

The location of Ana Apartments cannot be beaten - about a 3 minute walk to Kotor Old Town. If you have a car parking is horrendously difficult in Kotor generally so the free parking is a wonderful faciltiy. The road congestion around Kotor is dreadful so it was a relief to arrive and park and then go everywhere on foot. Nikola was friendly and helpful on arrival and the compact apartment (ours was up a flight of stairs) is clean. The weather was cool and rainy during our stay so it was good to be able to heat the apartment. The apartment is simply furnished but good value given the price point.
Small bedroom with the bed against a wall and a tiny low beside table. The seating in the living room is a bit tired and could do with an update. The apartment is basic and ok for a day or two but it's the location and parking that elevates this accommodation's rating.

The location was absolutely perfect. Nikola was very helpful and provided area information and history. Very clean and comfortable and well equipped. Exceeded expectations for value.
