I liked absolutely everything. The host met us at the driveway and helped us locating the property. He shown us our parking space, explained us the keys, followed us to the apartment, and talked to up. The apartment is very clean, colorful, spacious, heating was great, hot water available, washer was working perfectly (note: switch is at the bathroom entrance!). Communication with the host via Whatsup was seamless. He is a great guy! Strong recommendations!
The apartment is on higher floor; if you have mobility issues, this property is not for you.

The best thing about the place is location. Like 5 minutes and you are in the old town or the beach.
The apartment is not practical. It seems like you have all you need, but when you start using things you face issues. For example, there is no place to dry your close and its hard to cook something on the kitchen.
Parking is very narrow due to lots of cars on both sides of the street.
And the worst is that smell in the bathroom...
