Amazing location right in the middle of Kotor old town yet quiet inside (except for the church bells which start at 6am, applies to whole old town)
Has a unique and good vibe, felt different from any other apartment we've stayed in.
Comfortably warm heating.
Washing machine works great.
Always one or two staff downstairs available to help.
Burnt out lightbulbs - 4 of 10 were dead.
Unstable wifi/internet - first two nights it was disconnecting every few minutes, but stable on the last night.
Something's is off about the bed or mattress: my neck and back were sore in the morning, which isn't usual for me.

Placed above a very popular old pizza restaurant and across from a new equally popular coffee/pastry house, just perfect for the short-stay traveller. Very clean interesting old building in old Kotor. We never met the owner, but the online contact was reliable, and helpful in organising a reasonable taxi for us. Taxi’s are a nightmare in Kotor - Its underregulated with too many desperate drivers overcharging at 2 to 3 times normal european rates. Be warned!

very good location, nice size and had all the facilities you’d need, staff were helpful too!
unfortunately very strong smell of sewerage coming from bathroom and kitchen sinks
