Good location, nice size apartment very convenient for town center
Not a fan of the black and white music posters - using local scenery pictures would be much nicer. Pillows needed washing and an extra cover needed on the bed , towels very thin and not offered a Change so used same ones for 4 days !! Parking the car very difficult lack of spaces nearby.

The residence is right in the heart of the old town and is a beautiful building inside and out. We stayed in the apartment with glass roof which was on the interior of the building with the glass roof into a light well courtyard. The courtyard was really beautiful and we loved the bonus of having a table and chairs to sit out. The apartment was very quirky and fun, nicely decorated with cosy lighting and books etc that gave it personality. It is really spacious and has a large sofa that converts into a sofa bed and a partition double bed area. The main bedroom is separate and has an ensuite shower room (no toilet). Tricky to shower in that room without soaking the floor!
The beds were really comfy with good bedding and pillows.
The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for a short stay. It was nice to have some tea and coffee provided, it would have been useful to have had a few more provisions such as a couple of spare toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets.
The only downside of the Apartment was the air conditioning, and the slight smell of damp. It was very hot when we were there, AC unit didn’t seem to work so we had two rather noisy fans running all night to keep cool. Plus, there was a dehumidifier that seemed to need to run presumably to combat damp.
Could do with some new towels and a bit of maintenance on the furniture just to smarten it up and reduce wobbles on tables and bed legs.
All in all a nice place to stay though.
The host could not have been more accommodating when we arrived she showed us to the private car park and even helped me carry bags back to the apartment (its a good five minute walk over the bridge). If you are arriving by car be warned that the apartment front door is down a very narrow lane. I was terrified driving!!
Top cafes just around the corner (La Mazette and Peach) for breakfast/ brunch. Two mini supermarkets also with in 2 min walk- very handy.
Lack of a/c, needs a bit of TLC, there were couple of wobbly bed and table legs.
