The staff were very kind. The lady who could speak english very well really tried to help me with my Eurail pass. I greatly appreciated the time and effort she put into it. Thank you!

Front desk person was friendly and welcoming
Cannot get close to the hotel by car you have to park minimum 300 meters to 1km away ( and it’s not cheap). Also, it’s advertised as a 3 Star hotel and yet it has 2 stars on the sign on the side of the building, I’d put it somewhere between a 2 and 3 Star place to stay. Both front desk people I dealt with ( upon arrival and then departure) were very nice.
