Le lieu est magnifique. Le jardin splendide et les chambres très belles
Le service. Pas de service ou presque en fait. Les gens étaient gentils mais rien à voir avec le niveau de service d’un 5 étoiles. (Une personne dans sa cuisine pour le petit déjeuner, aucun échange avec quiconque ou presque pendant tout le séjour).

Una bella villa storica
Il solo fatto di essere una villa storica nel centro non puo giustificare un prezzo così elevato, se non è accompagnato da un servizio impeccabile.
Abbiamo dovuto portarci k bagagli Gino alla camera situata su un primo piano con scala meravigliosa, ma scomoda. Alle 23.30 non c’era più nessuno che servisse al bar. Ci è voluto quasi mezz’ora per avere la macchina che abbiamo lasciato nel parcheggio privato che abbiamo pagato in più al prezzo della camera ad un costo spropositato.
In Italia camere ad un prezzo così elevato sono accompagnate da servizi di hotellerie decisamente migliori, dove il cliente si sente accolto e servito durante tutto il soggiorno. Qui il personale era completamente assente. 1, massimo 2 persone a gestire l’intero hotel non è sufficiente.
Davanti all’entrata della nostra stanza alla quale si accede da un bel terrazzo che dà sul grande giardino, era sempre presente una pozzanghera di acqua marrone giallastra che arrivava dall’irrigazione dei vasi. Dovevi fare attenzione a non pestarla per poi entrare in camera e sporcare tutto. Inaccettabile.
