Regular visitors since October 2023, the hotel was amazing, on outskirts of resort but worth the sacrifice of busing and using taxis to get back and too into resort. Our little piece of paradise. Fast forward to end of March 25 to a week all inclusive booking and such a disappointment

- [ ] Family pool closed / workmen
- [ ] Beach restaurant closed / no takeout service as advertised in signage displayed in hotel lifts
- [ ] Wellness centre closed
- [ ] Beach bar open but only for drinks and snacks which consist of stale sandwiches pre packed, nuts, olives or crisps stored in large containers and scooped onto paper plates. No ice cream/ lollies
- [ ] Mini bar in room not included in all inclusive but you can pay extra to purchase packages which gives you a set amount items. When management was questioned about this it was stated it changed during Covid / up date your website then, that was 2020.
- [ ] No beds on beach, stacked and chained up despite glorious weather
Food is served in main restaurant, you will always find something as salads, bread and puddings are nice but main meals are not so good, barely warm, even when restaurant has just opened.
All inclusive drinks are a very different standard to ones that are available to purchase
Entertainment team excellent, activities on throughout the day and some good acts on in evening
Rooms nice and are cleaned well as well as the communal areas.
I booked and paid for a superior room with mini bar (as stated on website) with a deluxe balcony. Look at the photos to judge for yourself. I also expected the hotel to offer / fulfil the things advertised on their website. If things are closed it should state what service’s are reduced. I feel I have been mis sold a holiday!
Management unhelpful when I asked for a different room they wanted an extra 290 euros for a sea view! All inclusive stops at 12 on day of checkout, even if you arrive late on day one of your holiday as we did ( hotel reception insist that bands are cut off) when questioned they gave us a voucher for lunch on departure day but it didn’t allow us a drink!
Not sure if this hotel has changed hands or management but the decline in standards is questionable, management you should be ashamed. Shocking customer service at its best
Would I return, never! Much better options further into resort.
