Brilliant hotel, it was only a short stay but the staff was lovely, rooms were great, pool was amazing & the food was lovely! Wish we stayed longer

My kid gives Los Patos 10 stars, (5 year old kid) he had a fantastic time at the pools, kids’ club, made some friends around and the staff was fantastic with a lot of patience.
As an adult, disappointed with the wine served (all inclusive) beer was cold, juice machines giving highly processed and sometimes watered down fruit juice. Food seems to be oriented to British/Northern Europeans. We felt it bland and overcooked sometimes. There is however, there is variety.
Room, great view and clean (9 floor) not so great, an elevator was our neighbour so a lot of noise until midnight and morning.
Would we return? A solid yes, having your kids happy in a safe environment trumps the not so great… after all, the never ending churros for breakfast, cold beer and fantastic staff makes it for its shortcoming.
