Location, the room view and the staff were excellent.
Shower almost didnt work so we couldnt wash hair for 2 days..

This hotel is ideally located very near to the Zurich HB (rail station). It is just a five minute walk away. From this perspective it is good.
The hotel is a little dated and my room had seen better days. The breakfast was limited and lacked any real options for someone with food (lactose) intolerances.
