Convenient to the tube, good space. Pretty hot during a London heat wave but otherwise it was exactly what we needed!

The flat was home base. We hit London, hard from there. Easy walking to Kensington, into Buckingham etc. over 20kms on our feet day 1 lead to train day 2Flat close to tube line and easy to access and navigate. Lots of nearby groceries. If looking for decent restaurants it’s a bit of a haul. Flat was comfortable and homey for us between adventures.

Love this flat very comfortable great location underground just down the street and a few great pubs 3 Kings and curtains up are a must. I would definitely stay again easy check in very quiet and clean living room was so comfortable at the end of the day for the 3 of us

What a great location and apartment. Had everything I could possibly need.
Short distance to Underground. Tim was there to meet us and show us the lovely apartment. I absolutely loved my stay in Tim&Federica's flat! Clean, comfortable, perfect location and perfect host! ....Also he had supplied fresh milk, bread, juice and cakes!
