Nice apartment of 40 m2 with terrace and open view, well located between the sea and the city center.

a few minutes drive from the beaches, the city center. Small residence of 2 or 3 floors (first with elevator) quiet and a few minutes walk from the station .
* modern well-equipped kitchen open to a living room with comfortable sofa rapido (easy and quick opening) for 2 people and an armchair convertible into a comfortable bed for 1 person (choose to open the sofa or the armchair because opening the 2 can take too much square )
* 1 bedroom with bed (1.40m)
Bed linen (sheets, tea towels and hand towels provided)
* for your baby, on simple request: travel cot, high chair, small bathtub
* Private parking in secure residence, bicycle storage
* Covered terrace with table, 4 chairs and 2 relax

Appartement très fonctionnel bien situé, proche des commerces, des bus (dont la navette gratuite pour aller au centre ville) dans une petite résidence sécurisée et bien insonorisée. Des petites attentions de la part de M.et Mme Cauvas. J'ai passé un très agréable séjour à Hyères.
Seul point d'attention : la propreté, pour une maniaque comme moi! mais cela ne m'empêchera pas de revenir ! Merci pour votre gentillesse et j'espère à bientôt.
