THE FEET IN WATER ! Magnificent spacious apartment, BY THE SEA; modern and refurbished offers all the comfort (air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen) with a large kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, two beautiful bedrooms with wall cupboards and a large living room. A beautiful bay window with sea view gives you access to a beautiful wooden terrace of 25 m2 which includes an outdoor shower. Access to the sea is direct. The coastal path passes in front of the house and leads you to magnificent coves and islands in the western part of the Giens peninsula. Less than two hundred meters away you will find the small port of Madrague, where the fisherman offers daily morning fishing; also a diving club, a grocery store, a restaurant, a snack bar, a mailbox, the possibility of renting kayaks, motor boats with or without a license all this in a village and non seaside atmosphere. 2.5 km away is the village of Giens where you will find a bank and a church in addition to the small shops on offer. The pier that will take you to the islands of Porquerolles, Port-cros, Le Levant, are 4 km away. Holidays by the water in summer and winter, and in less than 15 minutes by car you will find all the cultural and sporting activities you want. And if you want to visit St-Sropez, you will only have to travel 60 km through the magnificent Môle valley. Wir haben eine wunderschöne erholsame Woche in dieser tollen Wohnung verbringen dürfen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat auch gute Tipps zur Hand. Der Blick von der Küche und der Terrasse auf das Meer ist unbezahlbar so das man die Wohnung fast gar nicht verlassen möchte. Man kann aber auch sehr schöne Wanderungen unternehmen oder eines der guten Lokale im Umkreis besuchen. Das Auto kann man einfach mal stehen lassen.

Logement conforme à l'annonce, confortable, fonctionnel et propre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la décoration marine, la salle de douche et l'emplacement idéal pour découvrir la presqu'île de Giens ainsi que les îles aux alentours. En cette saison, nous n'avons pas profité de la terrasse et de son accès direct à la mer mais cela n'enlève rien à sa beauté.
Enfin, l'hôte est très sympathique. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine.

We had a great week at Pierre Yves apartment. The location is Fantastic, the house is well equipped and bigger than in the photographs. We brought our paddle boards and were able to go straight from the courtyard garden into the sea which was amazing.
