60sqm apartment in a 2011 building with lift equipped with all comforts: private covered parking, terrace, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, 50-inch TV with cable TV, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen including microwave, oven, dishwasher , fridge and freezer. Ideal for getting to know Florence and visiting Tuscany. 10 minutes walk from Porta al Prato and 20 minutes from the railway station and Santa Maria Novella, reachable from Porta al Prato with two tram stops; the Duomo is about half an hour from the apartment.

Beautiful apartment and absolutely charming and helpful host. It was blazing hot while we visited Florence and the apartment was such a comfortable stay to finish off the day. A wonderfully decorated and artful space to rest, relax and unwind.

This well appointed apartment has everything that you could possibly need for either a short stay or like us a stay of over two months. It is centrally located and is exactly as described. Massimo couldn’t be any more delightful and it was a pleasure staying in his condo. Part of the reason that we had such a lovely time is because of this condo.
