La hauteur sous plafond de l'appartement
Très peu de rangement dans les chambres : l'une des trois chambres ne possède que 4 petites étagères d'une vingtaine de centimètres de profondeur et toi crochet pour trois centres.
les rideaux occultants peu efficaces : habitué à dormir dans le noir quasi complet nous étions réveillés chaque matin très tôt par les rayons du soleil, au moins il a fait beau ! 😉
Une des deux chambres possède comme unique fenêtre un velux à plus de 3m de hauteur. il est impossible d'aérer la pièce durant tout le séjour et impossible d'ouvrir ou fermer le store manuel pour faire entrer la lumière la journée ou au contraire l'occulter au petit matin.
Un adulte devait dormir dans le canapé lit 2 personnes, il s'agit en réalité d'un canapé s'ouvrant en 2 lits d'une personne. Les matelas ne font pas plus de 70cm chacun et la structure métallique ne permet pas de les coller. L'adulte a donc été très a l'étroit et le matelat n'étant pas épais il sentait toute la structure métallique.
Pour pallier à cela chaque soir nous devions enlever les deux matelas pour les mettre à même le sol et le personnel de la résidence nous a gentiment donné trois couettes supplémentaires pour pouvoir créer une épaisseur...
Pour une résidence 4 étoiles voir 5 étoiles selon le site consulter nous sommes loin du confort attendu

Position was great with easy access to the town and ski bus. Able to ski back to within a couple of hundred metres of the hotel. Spa and pool were great and heated ski lockers a real bonus. Well appointed apartment with thoughtful welcome pack and kitchen essentials. Superb views from our room with good size balcony. Very helpful staff and nice touch to lend fondue and Raclette gear.
Was not keen on having to strip beds at the end of a great holiday but this is often the case in France for some reason.

The apartments are centrally located and reasonably sized.
The number of rules about inventories, inspections etc makes this a very unwelcoming place. The ski locker is buried in the car park behind about 8 fire doors and really is a frustrating experience. The pool, spa and amenities are tired looking and not always that clean and hard to access from many of the apartments. The cost at half term was as expected eye watering and represented poor value for money. There are certainly better places to stay in France and better CGH residences to stay at.
