New, centrally based , easy to find and access . Parking available in the underground parking facility of the same building.

Price of accommodation was over average, not cheep , but I was ready to pay it. I didn’t like the expense charged for parking in the same building in the same range as charged in public parking which we used during our stay . U would accept obviously symbolic price to cover expenses with administration . Also communication from provider was lengthy and well translated and not easily to understand.

Everything was good. Just that I thought there would be a stove which is my fault but also the pictures show that its a microwave with oven but then I only found a microwave which was unexpected

The hotel itself looks cool.

We got a room on the ground floor that seemed to have a terrace, but there wasn't even a chair there and everyone could see us and we didn't even open the windows because of that.

- There is no AC in the rooms, but even less understandable: no fan, at the very least... Absolutely no way to cool down during summer. We're living in times of high temperatures breaking records everywhere, Konstanz is no exception, it's outrageous that there's nothing to help you here. I had to buy a pocket fan to make it through my stay. Until this problem gets fixed, I directly suggest against booking here during the summer (which ironically is a great time to visit Konstanz). - Very expensive. Also, I wanted to change rooms and the fee I was about to pay was too expensive. Even if the room I wanted to go for was better and even more pricey (which is good for them), I had to pay a ridiculous amount of money for the exchange alone. I said no. This experience taught me, ALWAYS go for the "free cancellation possible"... - No oven available in the kitchen, which made it quite useless. Check very thoroughly what is included in your specific room, because the impression I had was totally wrong. Another valuable lesson for me. - Self check-in is practical, but the tablets are having problems and some letters are very hard to tap. Picture a tired person just getting to the Apart after traveling there for X hours, wanting some rest and smashing a letter 10 times on a tablet because the area is worn-out.
