Es ist etwas ausserhalb und auch nicht ganz direkt am See.

Large clean room with a very comfortable bed and adequate cupboard spaces. Plus a semi-decent view from the two windows.
Breakfast was very good.
Absence of air-conditioning making the room extremely hot at night on two of the three days we were there. Needed to open the windows but this resulted in quite a lot of noise from outside disturbing our sleep.
Absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Tiny bathroom such than when the shower door was opened it obstructed the door out of the bathroom and the toilet.
Restaurant food in the evening was just about O.K but certainly not very exciting.
