The personnel were friendly and good communicators. The hotel was clean and quiet and sufficiently heated. There is an easy walk to a very nice and popular asian restaurant.
The room was not cramped with adequate space to move about.
The wheelchair access is superb, although I am able bodied.
(Life has taught me to play attention to this.)
In the room, the bathroom light switch is strangely place, ie behind to opening door.
If you open the bathroom door, the door cover the light switch, so it is not obvious.

It was very relaxing, very clean, room was perfect, furnishing was lovely, breakfast was wonderful and all the staff very helpful and friendly. Could not fault it at all. Would definitely return.

Location is a little too far from the town, although they do provide free bus passes for transport to the town

Good for the hotel so many people like it... we were dissapointed, wish we had booked an other place.
When we walked in the staff said: "Hi, did you park in our parking lot" !!!.... what a welcome, I read that you have to pay extra for it, as well as our dog we had with us, but we already paid for the room so can you at least say, hello, how was your trip...or something like this? Then get to the extra payments which we knew we had to pay anyway. We run a hotel ourselves thought the staff was a bit abrupt.
The room and lobby look cool but the bamboo furniture and small side tables in the room are not stable. We are not big but I wonder what would happen if a big guy would sit on it...
Thick high mattress with fitted sheets which do not fit, too small
We knew the place was in the industrial part of town but we were still a bit surprised at the view from the room window on a warehouse.
We booked 1 night only and were surprised to hear someone knocking on the door at 9am asking if we needed the room to be serviced??? We are checking out later we said. Then an hour later again, about 10:15am someone else knocked on our door?? People usually book a hotel to sleep...we were awake but that's not the point.
Hotel is under renovation or still being finished up
