Views and helpfulness of staff
Having to ask how oven works, darkness of the verandah at night as lights come on sometime after sundown, having to ask for linen for the second bed for my daughter

The room was spacious and simple. Well furnished. The sea view and terrace were noteworthy. Overall, the house played a key role in making our stay in Santorini magical. The hot tub was also much appreciated.

The apartment was excellent cleaned every day with clean towels and bedding changed every other day. The location/view was exceptional absolutely out of this world. The hosts Caption John and Joan̈na were brilliant very helpful friendly and we saw them every day they were checking everything was ok and we were having a enjoyable time. We will definitely return to this wonderful place (we called it a little piece of heaven)

Very nice view.
Unfortunately our experience was not as good as the other guests. Nobody welcomed us at the check-in or the following days, quite ackward to figure out by yourself which is your apartment… plus the communication prior the arrival was very poor, difficult to get answers to the emails.
The decoration of the apartment is quite modest and there are plenty of spaces for improvement such as the bed, quite uncomfortable, the bathroom very basic, the kitchen not well equipped, the lighting very weak, an extremely noisy fridge….
Absolutely not value for money: it seems Santorini has become just a money machine.
What a disappointment!
