Agate Hôtel

I liked everything about the hotel. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including a beautiful view over Nation. My daughter especially enjoyed the breakfast and loved the pancakes. The staff was very friendly and supportive, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel is also located very conveniently, with many cafés nearby, as well as easy access to the metro and direct train connections to Disneyland. There is also a supermarket close by. In addition, the taxi fares to the airport, the city center, or Disneyland were quite reasonable. Overall, my daughter and I didn’t miss anything and really enjoyed our stay. I’m very happy that I chose this hotel.

The only small improvements I would suggest are adding some vegetables as a breakfast option and providing hand towels for guests (we only had the big towels, 1 each). Otherwise, everything was great.

Staff were really friendly, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was good, housekeeping were good.

Our room was quite warm (it was early March and not too warm outside) and the aircon wasn’t on. We didn’t mention this, just kicked the covers off overnight :-)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is also good, near the metro and some really good stores for shopping. There are also good supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel also kindly stored out bags for no extra cost.

The rooms are really quite small and cramped. The main issue however, is the lack of air-conditioning in the rooms - the fans provided were quite noisy and made little difference, especially during the current heatwave.
