Lovely hotel in this gem of a city. The staff were very helpful and there is underground parking attached to the hotel. The rooms are generous and ours had a view of the main street. The location is perfect and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. A good city for walking around with beautiful parks and lakefront. We'd go and stay there again anytime!

Location, parking, cleanliness, the pool.
The suite was located on the 1st floor, with road noise during the day; the WiFi was unavailable; the hairdryer didn't work; the coffee machine was malfunctioning; the TV froze on start up; the room safe was already locked when we arrived; the wet sauna door did not close. Cumulatively, all of these small irritations left us dissatisfied after paying premium prices for the suite.
