Lovely location near to the lake. Aix le Bain very stunning. Are at locally bowling alley which had good pizza menu.

We had a wonderful stay at this residence. The place is very nice and well maintained, and the apartment was clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They allowed us an early check-in and a late check-out, which we really appreciated, especially since two people in our group were unwell.
A special thanks to Ernest for his support, kindness, and professionalism.
Highly recommended — we would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel has basement covered parking accessible directly view the lift any of the floors. There are motion sensing lights and security coded parking door, so your vehicle and belongings are safe from the weather and criminals. The hotel staff at the reception were very friendly and courteous with a big smile. Although the property is 20 years old, the rooms are clean and the in-room amenities like toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator etc. look and feel new. There is a nice large balcony with a table and 4 chairs where you can enjoy the morning breakfast with coffee. The location is right by the lake where you are go for a run all throughout the day. The nearest fuel pump with Carrefour is 5 minutes’ drive, and high street is 10 minutes’ drive from the hotel. There is a McDonalds, Casino and Gaming Zone within a 5 minute a walk, along with multiple restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.
I expected lake view to actually have a "lake view" and not a "building and courtyard view" although the hotel is just by the lake so not a deal breaker considering the overall value for money aspect.
