The room and bathroom were large, and we took advantage of the spa, which was nice. We wished the hot tubs were hotter, but otherwise it was great!
The water in the hot tubs could have been hotter.

Location
Only one lift working and continually being used by staff to move things for example dirty towels from the spa or housekeeping trollies
Wi-Fi was probably the worst I have had in a hotel in the past 10 years.
