About this farm stay rental
Old 18th century farmhouse, very regularly maintained. Household appliances, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishes; 2 km from all shops, beautiful view of the garden (planted with various species of our region), the secure alarm and wire swimming pool invites you to spend moments of relaxation, table tennis, barbecue, sheets and towels not provided otherwise rental of sheets ., provide extra if departure cleaning too important (140 euros) The house is located in Orange, city of art and history, ideal for visiting our region, its vineyards, less than 35 minutes from Luberon, Roussillon, Gordes 30 minutes from Isle la Sorgue, Fontaine de Vaucluse, 15 minutes from Avignon festival renowned in July, Vaison la romaine, the Dentelles de Montmirail, 1 hour from the Camargue and Marseille. golf 10mn, horse riding center 1km, tennis 1km
general information: we draw the attention of people wishing to rent the house that it is an old restored mas but that the walls are not straight uniform the floors, it is old tiling: it has the beauty of the old and the faults also it is not a new concrete house. it is maintained throughout the year .. the garden is shaded which makes summer pleasant and cool, .the pool is very sunny, however.
we have a person who comes twice a week to maintain the pool
every year we listen to the constructive remarks of our tenants to make you more satisfied: the kitchen is painted in ceruseum which gives an old-fashioned look to the furniture.
Wine tasting: all around Orange you can go and taste some very good wine, be it Grands Crus like Chateauneuf du Pape, Gigondas, Tavel (Rosé) or more simply but also delicious Vacqueras, Cairanne or even small producers
Boat trip on the Rhone :: departure from Avignon very nice and above all very beautiful
Whether Orange, Avignon, Nîmes, Vaison la Romaine, Pont du Gard, Arles, Tarascon, les baux de Provence and a little further the Camargue and Aigues Mortes
you will be in Orange at the heart of an important historical past where this past mixes with the sun of Provence.
do not hesitate to go to Mont Ventoux, the highest peak in Vaucluse
you will also be very close to the Luberon renowned for these beautiful landscapes
After crossing multiple fields of olive trees, you can also climb Mont Ventoux so famous during the tours of France

Belle maison dans son jus, mais pas faite pour la location. En effet il manque une ou deux salle de bains et WC, car l’on dérange son voisin la nuit en passant dans sa chambre pour aller aux toilettes. Il faudrait que les commodités soient accessibles depuis les couloirs. La maison a besoin d’une rénovation, car les sanitaires datent beaucoup. Néenmoins séjour agréable si ce n’est le vent qui souffle en rafale toute la journée et la piscine qui,manque d’entretien.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre 4 couples et 6 enfants de 1 an à 7 ans.
La maison est idéal et très sécurisé pour les enfants.
Emplacement idéal , 5 minutes de toutes commodités.
Centre orange, boucherie, boulangerie etc….
Bref je recommande vivement ce lieu et reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Très jolie maison pleine de charme dans un quartier tranquille. Assez bien équipée.
Terrasse ombragée par 2 bels arbres et jardin bien sympathique.
Grande piscine super pour les enfants et leurs parents.
Juste un bémol: le ménage compris dans le tarif global de la maison ne comprend visiblement pas l'électroménager ainsi que le barbecue. On a du nettoyer le frigo et le micro ondes à la dernière minute et je trouve ça un peu fort! D'après moi le ménage devrai tout inclure ou alors il faudrait le préciser dans l'annonce.

Beau mas, spacieux, de caractère dans un joli petit parc arboré à l'abri des regards. Il est toutefois à noter qu'il y a des disparités de confort, décoration, meubles entre les différentes chambres. Cette demeure mériterait un raffraîchissement de la cuisine (peinture) et de meilleures finitions notamment des toilettes du rez-de-chaussée et de la salle de bain attenante à la chambre où se trouve le coffret électrique. (Le papier peint qui se décolle à certains endroits de la maison n'est pas dû aux petites mains... les portes frottent au sol, vitres de la cuisine non nettoyées depuis fort longtemps etc...) Il est vrai que cette maison est ancienne (nous en avons une datant de plus de 250 ans)mais "l'ancien" s'entretient et le prix de la location n'est pas en adéquation avec la prestation annoncée. A noter également que l'entretien de la piscine était plus qu'aléatoire : eau trouble... nous avons dû nous en charger ! Attention aux plaques d'agloméré sous l'enrouleur de la bâche de la piscine qui sont un danger potentiel ! Malgré celà, nous avons passé une bonne semaine avec notre groupe d'amis !
