About this farm stay rental
Old Mas de Provence, family house under the ramparts of the charming hilltop village of La Garde Adhémar.
Renovated and extended for the 2018 season, this 1840 family home was restructured in the 1970s, and has recently been extensively renovated and expanded.
In 2017, the attic had been converted to create a 7th bedroom.
In 2018, a bathroom was added to this dormitory (shower / wc / washbasin). and a new kitchen of 25m² was added, as well as the renovation of the living room which was enlarged
In 2019 two rooms on the 1st have already been renovated, the exteriors will be restructured
The stay will be enlarged of 15m ² of the old kitchen of 1970 and the farmhouse as a whole from 25m ² to 240m ²
The large living room is organized around a large table (12/14 seats) and a dresser as old as the Mas, as well as a second table (6 seats) to put in extension or separate service.
The living room with its beautiful old fireplace can accommodate guests comfortably (3 sofas + 2 armchairs)
The outdoor table on the shaded terrace to the west receives 18 people in several tables.
7 rooms: 4 doubles on the 1st floor plus the room 5, with a child's bed with bar and a simple bed (in antechamber of the room n ° 4).
On the 2nd floor, 2 large bedrooms under the eaves each with its own bathroom. One with a double bed and a single bed
the other with 4 single beds a 140 and a superosé
The pool is secured by a barrier and an alarm. The terraced garden offers shady areas and very sunny areas with panoramic views of the Rhone Valley, the mountains of Ardeche to Mont Ventoux ...

Belle bâtisse avec un charme certain, de beaux espaces bien agencés. Idéalement placé, linge propre, parfait pour 18 personnes avec une cuisine très jolie.
Les points négatifs se situent dans l'entretien :
-Joint de douche sale ou inexistant.
-Evacuation du 2eme étage qui coule dans le couloir du 1er étage.
-Ampoules grillées dans plusieurs pièces.
-Espaces autour des vitres du dortoir (environ 5mm de chaque côté) qui laisse rentrer l'air froid en grande quantité.
