Independent apartment (Nives) independent located in Montegrotto spa at the foot of the Euganean Hills with free wi-fi, a stone's throw from the center and convenient to all services (supermarket, shops, pizzerias, bars) within walking distance. Very convenient to the train station (30 meters), which allows easy access to Padua (10 min), Venice (40 min) and very close to the deepest pool in the world Y-40. Ideal for anyone who wants to explore the Euganean hills.
Final cleaning € 45 to be paid upon arrival. Tourist tax € 1.50 per person per night.
The apartment is 60 square meters, consisting of kitchen and living room, bathroom, a bedroom with double bed and one with 2 single beds, large terrace. Inside you will find a microwave, kitchen utensils, TV, washing machine, air conditioning, linen for the rooms and bathroom, included in the price.

Appartement super confortable, spacieux et climatisé. Nous avons passé une semaine top! Visite de Padoue en prenant le bus (arrêt à 2 pas de l'appartement), visite de Venise et Ferrara en train (gare aussi à 2 pas). La voiture reste dans le parking privé pendant ce temps. Bref, c'est très bien situé et très calme quand on rentre le soir exténué après les visites de ville.
(Dommage, il manque un tire-bouchon et un ouvre-boîte!!)

Good location very close to station and shops. Very clean apartment in good repair. Apartment layout works well, but suffers slightly from limited natural light, especially one of the bedrooms. Terrace is a big plus. New kitchen is an advantage, but would benefit from a supplement of kitchenware (e.g. Set of saucepans, kitchen knives, etc.). Warm welcome from owners, who are very accommodating. Very Recommended.
